In order to achieve a desirable cultivar and adapts to climatic condition of date palm plantation areas and evaluation of the reproductive growth of six foreign commercial date cultivars, Khalas, Abou Narenja, Koush Zabad, Fard (female), Abou Meaan, Nabat Seif: derived from micropropagation, an experiment was conducted in Azizabad s Agricultural Station (Bam area). Exprimental design was randomized complete block design included of four replications and three palm trees in each treatment, totally on 72 palm trees. During four years (2007-2010) reproductive characteristics such as: fruit set percentage, parthenocarpic fruits percentage, fruit abscission percentage, yield, fruit length, fruit diameter, fruit length to diameter, fruit weight, fruit volume, seed length, seed diameter, seed weight, pulp weight, TSS, pH, TA, TSS/TA, reducing sugars, total sugar, fruit moisture, dry matter percentage and fruit ash were measured. The results showed that reproductive characteristics in Abou Narenja and Nabat Seif cultivars were the best and Khalas cultivar wasin the lowest ranking. Abou Narenja and Nabat Seif cultivars produced the higher yield respectivity (with 38.9% and 34.14%). yield. Furthermore, fruit set percentage in Abou Narenja cultivar was the highest (46.5%) and Khalas cultivar showed the lowest fruit set percentage (21.4%). The highest and the lowest parthenocarpic fruits set percentage were observed in Khalas cultivar (58.39%) and Abou Narenja cultivar (25.01%), respectively. In Abou Meaan cultivar Some traits such as: total sugar, TSS, TSS/TA, reducing sugars, dry matter percentage and fruit ash showed higher emounts in comparison to other cultivars. Between eight foreign commercial date cultivars, Abou Narenja and Nabat Saif were as superior. All traits in this study have correlation with quality and quantity of date cultivars, so for recommendation of these cultivars suggest is to be done the nessesary research on marketing and economical benefits of these cultivars in this region.
