Dielectric constant and loss tangent of white oak, Douglas- fir, and commercial hardboards were measured from 20 Hz to 50 MHz, from ovendry to saturated, and from -20 to +90 C. for all materials, constants increased with increasing moisture content and temperature, and decreased with increasing frequency
