The agricultural sector is one of the most powerful economic sectors of the country, which has a comparative advantage worthy of attention compared to other economic sectors. However, the ever-increasing world population and as a result the increasing need for agricultural products and food on the one hand and the limitation of water and soil as the two main inputs, have made Jihad Keshavarzi organizations, as the executive body of the agricultural sector, a dangerous task in Planning for the protection and optimal use of these two important elements. And the promoters (rank and staff) are the executive arms of these organizations, whose training while serving has a great effect on increasing the productivity of the organization and department. In this research, we seek to determine and prioritize the educational needs of the promoters. The general purpose of the research is to determine and prioritize the educational needs of the promoters of some agricultural jihad organizations in order to train and improve their activities.
The research method of this research is descriptive and a survey will be used with the help of a questionnaire to collect data. The statistical population of the research includes promoters (referring to the promoters of the Ministry of Jihad for Agriculture, the promoters working in agricultural service centers who work as field promoters) In the five provinces of Alborz, Bushehr, Sistan and Baluchistan, Kermanshah and Khorasan, Razavi is located, which is selected from each region of the country based on the regionalization of the Ministry of Jihad and Agriculture. Morgan's table is also used to determine the sample size, and the samples will be selected using the stratified sampling method with proportional assignment.
In this research, educational needs assessment will be done based on the competency model. Based on this, in order to prepare a comprehensive list of competencies, literature and research background in five groups of knowledge and awareness, communication and interpersonal skills, personality traits, intellectual and mental ability and functional and executive characteristics in 25 identification indicators and in the next stage Through the study of organizational documents and using the opinion of experts who are active in the training department of employees and certain researchers and senior promoter researchers and promoters of the competences area, they will be examined, removed and standardized and finally the competences will be categorized. And in this way, the indicators will be given formal validity, and in the next stage, an educational needs assessment based on the competences extracted from the literature of the topic for the promoters through the fuzzy Delphi technique (determining the desired level) in this phase of the fuzzy Delphi questionnaire which It includes closed and open questions and will be used. In the next stage, training courses are proposed for promoters according to the identified needs (competencies).
