کوه هشتاد با ارتفاع 3770 متر از سطح دریا، یکی از قلههای مرتفع رشته کوه های زاگرس در غرب استان اصفهان به شمار میآید. این طرح با هدف شناسایی فلور این کوه در مناطق ارتفاعی مختلف از 2700 تا 3770 متر انجام شد. نتایج طرح حاضر نشان دهنده وجود تنوع بالای گونههای گیاهی در این منطقه است بطوریکه در مجموع 145 گونه متعلق به 35 تیره و 108 جنس شناسایی شدند. Asteraceae با 21 گونه بزرگترین تیره گیاهی بوده و تیره های Lamiaceae و Fabaceae به ترتیب با 16 و 14 گونه در رتبه¬های بعدی قرار گرفتند. علاوه بر این، جنس گون (Astragalus) با 10 گونه بهعنوان بزرگترین جنس شناخته شد. فراوانترين شكل زيستي در این طرح همیکریپتوفیتها (63%) و کامفیت¬ها (4/12%) بودند. همچنین از نظر پراكندگي جغرافيايي، 63% از گونههای شناسایی شده به منطقه ایرانی-تورانی تعلق داشتند. نتایج نشان داد که 37 گونه (5/25%) اندمیک ایران و از این میان 9 گونه (2/6%) به طور خاص اندمیک زاگرس هستند که نشاندهنده تنوع زیستی بالای این منطقه است. با این حال، معدنکاری، ساخت جاده و چرای مفرط دام، تهدیدات مهمی برای تنوع زیستی این منطقه محسوب می شود. اقدامات حفاظتی از جمله ایجاد مناطق حفاظت شده و مدیریت فعالیتهای انسانی، برای حفظ تنوع زیستی کوه هشتاد پیشنهاد می¬گردد.

Hashtad Mountain, standing at an elevation of 3770 meters above sea level, is one of the highest peaks in the Zagros Mountain range, located in the western part of Isfahan Province. This study aimed to document the flora of the mountain across various altitudinal zones ranging from 2700 to 3770 meters. The findings revealed a remarkable diversity of plant species in the area, with a total of 145 species identified, belonging to 35 families and 108 genera. The Asteraceae family, represented by 21 species, was the most diverse, followed by Lamiaceae with 16 species and Fabaceae with 14 species. The genus Astragalus, comprising 10 species, was recognized as the largest genus in the area. The dominant life forms were hemicryptophytes (63%) and chamaephytes (12.4%). In terms of geographical distribution, 63% of the species were associated with the Irano-Turanian region. Notably, 37 species (25.5%) were endemic to Iran, including 9 species (6.2%) that were specifically endemic to the Zagros region, emphasizing the mountain’s significant biodiversity. However, the area faces major threats, including mining, road construction, and overgrazing. Conservation measures, such as establishing protected areas and managing human activities, are essential to preserve the biodiversity of Hashtad Mountain.
