يكي ازروشهاي معرفي ارقام جديد برنج وارد کردن ارقام و الينهاي خالص شده ازکشورهاي ديگرر وانجام آزمايشات مقدماتي و سازگاري اين ژنوتيپها و در صورت برتري معرفي مستقيم برععنروان رقرم جديرد ميباشد.بر اين اساس تعداد 100 الين با ويژگي مطلوب کيفيت در سال 1380 در قالب همكراري ايرران- ايرري )از سري الينهاي خالص کيفي - IRFAON )بع ايران ارسال شد. اين الينها تا سال 1392 با انجرام آزمايشرات متعدد مشاهدهاي، مقدماتي، سازگاري، بعزرعي، ميزان تحمل بع آفات و بيماريها در مزرعع تحقيقراتي معاونرت موسسع و ساير ايستگاههاي تحقيقاتي در استان مازندران ارزيابي شدهاند. صفات مختلرف زراعري وکيفري کليرع الينها با ارقام شاهد محلي و پرمحصول مقايسع شده و سرانجام الين70422-95-1-1IR با شماره 8315 با توجع بع صفات مطلوب عملكرد، کيفيت، ارتفاع کوتاه و تحمل بع آفات و بيمراريهرا برع عنروان يرك اليرن مطلروب جهت معرفي رقم زراعي انتخراب گرديرد. ميرانگين عملكررد اليرن 8315 در مرزارع کشراورزان و پرروژههراي تحقيقاتي 8200 کيلوگرم در هكتار،راندمان تبديل 67/5 درصد و آميلوز20 درصد و نسبت طويل شردن بعرد از پخت1/9 بود. طول دوره رشد از بذرپاشي تا برداشت 130 روز، مقاوم بع بيماري بالست و بع آفرت کررم سراقع-خوار بعطور نسبي متحمل ميباشد. اين الين با پايداري فنوتيپي کمترر از يرك و شراخص فنروتيپي مدبرت داراي سازگاري مطلوب بوده و بنابراين با توجع بع عملكرد و کيفيت مطلوب و با داشتن عطر و طعم مشابع ارقرام برومي مانند طارم بععنوان يك رقم جديد برنج براي مناطق برنج کاري شمال کشور توصيع ميشود.معرفی رقم جديد برنج اميد با عملکرد باال و كيفيت مطلوب كليد واژه ها: ، برنج، راندمان تبديل، رقم جديد، عطر و طعم، عملكرد باا

One of the methods of introducing new rice cultivars is to import purified cultivars and lines from other countries and conduct preliminary and compatibility tests of these genotypes, and in case of superiority, direct introduction as a new cultivar. Based on this, 100 lines with desirable quality characteristics were sent to Iran in 2010 as part of Iran-IRRI cooperation.Until 2012, these lines have been evaluated by conducting numerous observational, preliminary, adaptation, cultivation, tolerance to pests and diseases tests in the research farm of the deputy of the institute and other research stations in Mazandaran province. The various agronomic and quality traits of all the lines were compared with highyielding and local control varieties, and finally the IR70422-95-1-1 line with the number 8315 according to the desirable traits of performance, quality, short height and tolerance to pests and diseases as a The optimal line was selected for the introduction of the agricultural variety. The average yield of line 8315 in farmers' fields and research projects was 8200 kilograms per hectare, conversion efficiency was 67.5% and amylose was 20%, and the elongation ratio after cooking was 1.9. The length of the growth period from sowing to harvesting is 130 days, it is resistant to blast disease and relatively sensitive to the stemeating worm pest.With phenotypic stability less than one and positive phenotypic index, this line has good adaptability, and therefore, according to the desired performance and quality, and having the same aroma and taste as native varieties such as Tarom, it is a new rice variety for the rice-growing areas in the north of the country, and other areas that have suitable weather conditions are suitable.Keywords: rice, milling efficiency, new variety, aroma and taste, high yield
