هدف از نظارت بر برنامه الگوی کشت پایـش، ارزیابـی، اصالح و بههنگامسـازی انتظـارت پیشبینی شــده و نتایج به دسـت آمده و ارائـه بازخـورد به عوامل تدوین کننده و اجرایی برنامه، به منظور برطرف نمـودن نقاط ضعف و تقویـت نقاط قوت آن و نظارت مستمر بر اجرای مناسب برنامه در راستای رویکردهای تعیین شـده است. به منظور جمع بندی و تعیین میزان دست یابی به اهداف اصلی برنامه الگوی کشت در استان سمنان در سال زراعی ،1401-1402 از شاخص ضریب تحقق استفاده گردید. بطوریکه در صورت تحقق هر یک از برنامههای ابالغی بین 90-110 درصد ضریب تحقق یک، تحقق 80 تا 120 درصد ضریب تحقق ،./8 70 تا130 درصد ضریب تحقق ./6 و در صورت تحقق کمتر از 30 درصد برنامه ابالغی، ضریب تحقق 0/2 – تعلق گرفت. میزان تحقق برنامه در استان سمنان در خصوص سطح زیر کشت محصوالت مهم ،78 میزان تحقق برنامه در خصوص عملکرد محصوالت 85 و در خصوص تولید محصوالت مهم این میزان ،81 میانگین درصد تحقق شاخص های مختلف 91 درصد بود که با توجه به سال اول اجرای الگوی کشت حاکی از فعالیت قابل قبولی همکاران بخش اجرا در اجرای برنامه در سطح استان میباشد.کلمات کلیدی: الگوی کشت، امنیت غذایی، پایداری منابع.

The purpose of monitoring the cultivation pattern program is to monitor, evaluate, modify, and update the expected expectations and the results obtained, and provide feedback to the agents who compile and implement the program, in order to eliminate its weaknesses and strengthen its strengths. and continuous monitoring of the proper implementation of the program in line with the determined approaches. In order to summarize and determine the degree of achievement of the main goals of the cultivation pattern program in Semnan province in the crop year 1402-1401, the realization coefficient index was used. So that in case of realization of any of the notified programs between 90-110%, the realization factor is 1, 80-120% realization factor is 8., 70-130% realization factor is 6. And in case of realization of less than 30% of the notified program, the realization coefficient of 0.2 was awarded. The degree of realization of the plan in Semnan province regarding the cultivated area of important crops was 78%, the degree of realization of the plan regarding the performance of crops was 85% and regarding the production of important crops this amount was 81%, the average percentage of realization of various indicators was 91%, which according to the year First, the implementation of the cultivation pattern can be an acceptable average.Keywords: cultivation pattern, food security, resource sustainability
