|  | : | This research was done for study of paclobutrazol spray on quatitative and qualitative characteristics and drought tolerant in kotra, khorramabad and ramsar station. In kotra, paclobutrazol was sprayed on page mandarine 35 years trees on poncirus trifoliata rootstocks in 4 dozage (0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 ppm). In drought climax time, was done sampling and under characteristics measured. Ion leakage, chlorophyll content, leaf color, leaf fresh and dry weight, RWC, fruit cracking, fruit weight, fruit skin thickness, fruit water content, yield and fruit sugars. In Khorramabad, paclobutrazol was sprayed on sour orange and citrumelo seedlings in greenhouse for reason rain effect delete in 4 dozage (0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 ppm) with two normal and droght irrigation conditions. Results was showed paclobutrazol spray was caused leaves more wilting and drought tolerant decrease in page mandarine trees. And so, the trees spray in dozage most of 10 ppm created better conditions from fruit water, weight, volume and 1, 2 width. Spray with 20 ppm increased leaf potassium that in compatible with other dozages was significance. Paclobutrazol spray in Khorramabad on sour orange and citrumelo seedlings showed leaf h index was lower and a index was upper in citrumelo seedlings with two time irrigation in week and control. Not only spray in upper dozages was not effect on leaves wilting, but also was created negative effect. Most of proline accumulation was seen in citrumelo and Paclobutrazol spray in different dozages and irrigation had not effect on proline. The sour orange had higher insoluble sugur with spray of 15 and 20 ppm dozages and two time irrigation in week.  
Finally, paclobutrazol spray, despite of the effect on some of fruit and seedlings characteristics was not effect in drought tolerant and spray method was not created changes on trees under test. |
