فهدف از نظارت بر برنامه الگوی کشت پایـش، ارزیابـی، اصلاح و به هنگام سـازی انتظـارت پیش¬بینی شــده و نتایج به دسـت آمده و ارائـه بازخـورد به عوامل تدوین کننده و اجرایی برنامه، به منظور برطرف نمـودن نقاط ضعف و تقویـت نقاط قوت آن و نظارت مستمر بر اجرای مناسب برنامه در راستای رویکردهای تعيين شـده است. به منظور جمع بندی و تعیین میزان دست یابی به اهداف اصلی برنامه الگوی کشت در استان هرمزگان در سال زراعی 1403-1402، از شاخص ضریب تحقق استفاده گردید. بطوریکه در صورت تحقق هر یک از برنامه های ابلاغی بین 110-90 درصد ضریب تحقق یک، تحقق 80 تا 120 درصد ضریب تحقق 0.8 و 70 تا30 درصد ضریب تحقق 0.6 و در صورت تحقق کمتر از 30 درصد برنامه ابلاغی، ضریب تحقق 0.2 تعلق گرفت. میزان تحقق برنامه در استان هرمزگان در خصوص سطح زیر کشت محصولات مهم 78 درصد، میزان تحقق برنامه در خصوص عملکرد محصولات 103 درصد و در خصوص تولید محصولات مهم این میزان 92 درصد، میانگین درصد تحقق شاخص¬های مختلف 74 درصد بود که با توجه به سال دوم اجرای الگوی کشت می تواند میانگین تا حدودی قابل قبول باشد.

The purpose of monitoring the cultivation pattern program is to monitor, evaluate, modify, and update the expected expectations and the results obtained, and provide feedback to the agents who compile and implement the program, in order to eliminate its weaknesses and strengthen its strengths. and continuous monitoring of the proper implementation of the program in line with the determined approaches. In order to summarize and determine the degree of achievement of the main goals of the cultivation pattern program in Hormozgan province in the crop year 1402-1401, the realization coefficient index was used. So that in case of realization of any of the notified programs between 90-110%, the realization factor is 1, 80-120% realization factor is 8., 70-130% realization factor is 6. And in case of realization of less than 30% of the notified program, the realization coefficient of 0.2 was awarded. The degree of realization of the plan in Hormozgan province regarding the cultivated area of important crops was 87%, the degree of realization of the plan regarding the performance of crops was 102% and regarding the production of important crops this amount was 96%, the average percentage of realization of various indicators was 74%, which according to the second year, the implementation of the cultivation pattern can be an somewhat acceptable average.
