The purpose of monitoring the cropping pattern program is to monitor, evaluate, correct, and update the predicted expectations and the results obtained, and to provide feedback to the program's developers and implementers, in order to eliminate weaknesses and strengthen its strengths, and to continuously monitor the proper implementation of the program in line with the determined approaches. In order to summarize and determine the extent to which the main goals of the cropping pattern program in Zanjan province were achieved in the 1402-1403 crop year, the percentage of realization index was used. So that if the notified program was achieved between 90-110 percent, the percentage of realization was 1, if the notified program was achieved between 80 and 120 percent, the percentage of realization was 0.8, if the notified program was achieved between 70 and 130 percent, the percentage of realization was 0.6, and if less than 30 percent of the notified program was achieved, the percentage of realization was 0.2. The percentage of program realization based on the announced and implemented programs in Zanjan province, based on information collected from the Jihad management of the provinces, regarding the area under cultivation of important crops (weighted average) is 93%, crop yield is 94%, production of program products is 91%, implementation of modern irrigation systems by crop is 92.1%, implementation of modern irrigation systems by county is 118, installation of smart meters is 105%, seed penetration percentage is 107%, implementation of greenhouse is 76.6%, degree of agricultural mechanization is 100%, use of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers is 110%, 81% and 49% respectively, and educational and extension activities are 102%. The average percentage of realization of various indicators was also 95.2%. This number may have been obtained too optimistically because most of the cultivation in Zanjan province is in the form of rainfed cultivation, and on the other hand, the statistics collected are insufficient and lacking in many cases, such that in some cities there was not enough information about some indicators, and it seems that the actual percentage of realization is less than this amount
