هدف از نظارت بر برنامه الگوی کشت پایـش، ارزیابـی، اصلاح و بههنگامسـازی انتظـارت پیشبینی شــده و نتایج به دسـت آمده و ارائـه بازخـورد به عوامل تدوین کننده و اجرایی برنامه، به منظور برطرف نمـودن نقاط ضعف و تقویـت نقاط قوت آن و نظارت مستمر بر اجرای مناسب برنامه در راستای رویکردهای تعيين شـده است. به منظور جمع بندی و تعیین میزان دست یابی به اهداف اصلی برنامه الگوی کشت در استان خراسان جنوبی در سال زراعی 1403-1402، از شاخص ضریب تحقق استفاده گردید. بطوریکه در صورت تحقق هر یک از برنامههای ابلاغی بین 110-90 درصد ضریب تحقق یک، تحقق 80 تا 120 درصد ضریب تحقق 0.8، 70 تا130 درصد ضریب تحقق0.6 و در صورت تحقق کمتر از 30 درصد برنامه ابلاغی، ضریب تحقق 0.2 تعلق گرفت. میزان تحقق برنامه در استان خراسان جنوبی در خصوص سطح زیر کشت محصولات مهم 83%، میزان تحقق برنامه در خصوص عملکرد محصولات 89.4% و در خصوص تولید محصولات مهم این میزان 81.5% و میانگین درصد تحقق شاخص های مختلف 68 درصد می باشد.

The purpose of monitoring the cultivation pattern program is to monitor, evaluate, modify, and update the expected expectations and the results obtained, and provide feedback to the agents who compile and implement the program, in order to eliminate its weaknesses and strengthen its strengths. and continuous monitoring of the proper implementation of the program in line with the determined approaches. In order to summarize and determine the degree of achievement of the main goals of the cultivation pattern program in South Khorasan province in the crop year 1402-1403, the realization coefficient index was used. So that in case of realization of any of the notified programs between 90-110%, the realization factor is 1, 80-120% realization factor is 8., 70-130% realization factor is 6. And in case of realization of less than 30% of the notified program, the realization coefficient of 0.2 was awarded. The degree of realization of the plan in South Khorasan province regarding the cultivated area of important crops was 83%, the degree of realization of the plan regarding the performance of crops was 89.4% and regarding the production of important crops this amount was 81.5%, the average percentage of realization of various indicators was 68%.
