The purpose of monitoring the cropping pattern program is to monitor, evaluate, correct, and update the expected expectations and the results obtained, and to provide feedback to the program's developers and implementers, in order to eliminate weaknesses and strengthen its strengths, and continuously monitor the proper implementation of the program in line with the determined approaches. In this regard, by preparing instructions and forming technical and supervisory working groups, supervisory activities were initiated with the focus on the provincial agricultural research and education centers. In this regard, more than 16 performance indicators such as cultivated area, production, yield, implementation of modern irrigation systems, fertilizer distribution rate, mechanization coefficient, etc. were used. In order to summarize and determine the extent to which the main objectives of the cropping pattern program in North Khorasan province were achieved in the 1402-1403 crop year, the realization coefficient (compliance) index was used. In case of realization of each of the announced programs between 90-110%, realization coefficient was 1.8, realization coefficient was 80-120%, realization coefficient was 70-130%, and realization coefficient was 0.2 if less than 30% of the announced program was realized. The realization rate of the program regarding the cultivated area of important agricultural products varied from 10% in dryland safflower to 148% in the case of irrigated alfalfa. Of the major products of the province, the realization rate of irrigated and dryland wheat and irrigated barley was 93.29 and 81% respectively, irrigated and dryland barley was 84.47 and 100% respectively, sugar beet was 98.59, cotton was 77.55, and onion was 75.36. Overall, the realization rate of cultivated area was 75.5%, unit yield was 86%, and total production was 66.9%. Also, the implementation rate of meter installation was 100 percent, irrigation systems 65.66 percent, land leveling 75 percent, mechanization 4.99, Badr penetration coefficient 14.53, nitrogen fertilizers 14.84, phosphorus fertilizers 21.82, and potash fertilizers 31.17 percent. In total, the factors studied in the plan, the total implementation rate in North Khorasan Province was 76 percent, which was an increase of one percent compared to the previous year, which can be an acceptable average considering the second year of implementing the cultivation pattern
