|
امنيت غذايی کشور مبتنی بر دسترسی مطمئن به منابع پايه آب و خاک، تنظيم سياستها، ارائه پشتيبانی‌ها و حمايت‌های فنی، مالی، بيمه‌ای و بهبود مهارت بهره‌برداران ميسر است. هدف از نظارت بر برنامه الگوی کشت پایـش، ارزیابـی، اصلاح و به‌هنگام‌سـازی انتظـارت پیش‌بینی شــده و نتایج به‌دسـت آمده و ارائـه بازخـورد به عوامل تدوین کننده و اجرایی برنامه، به منظور برطرف نمـودن نقاط ضعف و تقویـت نقاط قوت آن و نظارت مستمر بر اجرای مناسب برنامه در راستای رویکردهای تعيين شـده است. به منظور جمع بندی و تعیین میزان دست یابی به اهداف اصلی برنامه الگوی کشت در بلوچستان در سال زراعی 1403-1402، از شاخص ضریب تحقق استفاده گردید. طبق نتایج حاصل شده در بلوچستان استقبال کشاورزان از کاشت گندم بالا بوده که یکی از مهم‌ترین دلایل آن خرید تضمینی گندم می‌باشد که توسط دولت انجام می‌شود. کشت جو به دلیل بازارهای داخلی و استفاده به عنوان خوراک دام در بلوچستان باعث شده است که کشاورزان تمایل بالایی به کشت محصول نشان دهند. در ارتباط با توزیع کود تنها میزان مصرف کود ازته در چند مورد مطابق برنامه ابلاغی بوده ولی در مورد کودهای فسفره و پتاسه در تمام محصولات انحراف شدیدی از برنامه ابلاغی مشاهده می‌شود. میانگین درصد تحقق ضریب نفود بذر اصلاح شده در بلوچستان 72 درصد بوده که درصد قابل قبولی هست. شاخص ضریب مکانیزاسیون به معنای توان موجود است و عملکرد در این شاخص در مناطق بلوچستان بسیار خوب و درصد تحقق آن 100 درصد بوده است. فعالیت‌های رسانه‌ای جمعی و انفرادی درصد تحقق قابل قبولی داشته است که میانگین درصد تحقق تمام این فعالیت‌ها 76.5درصد بوده است. اجرای سیستم‌های نوین آبیاری مرتبط با الگوی کشت بلوچستان بسیار خوب انجام شده است و همین امر باعث شده است که11.4 درصد صرفه جویی آب نسبت به سال زراعی قبل داشته باشیم.

The purpose of monitoring the cultivation pattern program is to monitor, evaluate, modify, and update the expected expectations and the results obtained, and provide feedback to the agents who compile and implement the program, in order to eliminate its weaknesses and strengthen its strengths. and continuous monitoring of the proper implementation of the program in line with the determined approaches. In order to summarize and determine the degree of achievement of the main goals of the cultivation pattern program in Baluchestan region in the crop year 1402-03, the realization coefficient index was used. According to the results obtained in Balochistan, farmers' acceptance of planting wheat is high, and one of the most important reasons is the guaranteed purchase of wheat by the government. Due to domestic markets and use as animal feed in Balochistan, the cultivation of barley has made farmers show a high desire to cultivate the crop. In connection with fertilizer distribution, only the amount of nitrogen fertilizer consumption was in accordance with the notified program in several cases, but in the case of phosphorus and potash fertilizers, a severe deviation from the notified program is observed in all products. The percentage of realization of modified seed penetration rate in Balochistan was 72%, which is an acceptable percentage. The index of mechanization coefficient means the available power and the performance in this index in the regions of Baluchistan has been very good and the percentage of its realization has been 100%. Collective and individual media activities have had an acceptable percentage of realization that the average percentage of realization of all these activities was 76.5%. The implementation of modern irrigation systems related to Balochistan's cultivation pattern has been done very well and this has made us save 11.4% of water compared to the previous crop year.
