The purpose of monitoring the cropping pattern program is to monitor, evaluate, correct, and update the anticipated expectations and the results obtained, and to provide feedback to the program's developers and implementers in order to address its weaknesses and strengths, as well as to continuously monitor the proper implementation of the program in line with the determined approaches. In order to summarize and determine the extent to which the main goals of the cropping pattern program in Qom Province were achieved during the crop year 1402-1403, the realization coefficient index was used. So that if each of the announced programs was realized between 90 and 110 percent, the realization coefficient was 1, if 80 to 120 percent of the announced program was realized, the realization coefficient was 0.8, if 70 to 130 percent of the announced program was realized, the realization coefficient was 0.6, and if less than 30 percent of the announced program was realized, the realization coefficient was 0.2. The program realization rate in Qom province was 91 percent in terms of crop area, 93 percent in terms of crop yield, and 82 percent in terms of production. The overall program realization rate was two percent higher than last year and 92 percent. According to the results, the cultivation pattern has a higher average in terms of production. According to the research findings, in order to achieve the goals of the rapeseed self-sufficiency project, it is necessary to take measures simultaneously inside and around the farm. Promoting and developing training focused on land suitability, bed preparation, planting date, weeds, pests, nutrition, harvesting and shedding methods on the one hand and providing water resources, appropriate seeds, basic fertilizers, accuracy in scheduling contracts, timely announcement of guaranteed prices, improving purchasing conditions, and determining the minimum economic area for combine harvester activity on the other hand are necessary to increase rapeseed production in the country. The outcome of these activities should sustainably improve the profitability of rapeseed cultivation compared to competing crops so that the national goals related to oilseeds can be achieved within the framework of the Food Security Document and the Seventh Development Plan.
