ایران به دلیل تنوع اقلیمی و گیاهی، شرایط زیست بوم بسیار مناسبی را برای پرورش زنبورعسل دارا می باشد. با توجه به اینکه 40 درصد کلنی های زنبور عسل ایران ) تقریبا 4/5 میلیون( مربوط به استان آذربایجان شرقی و غربی می باشد در حالیکه از نظر متخصصین مجرب و عضو هیات علمی در این رشته در این استان ها نادر است. علی رغم اینکه اطالعات پراکنده از مشکالت و چالش های صنعت گزارش می شود ولی بررسی جامعی که از تمامی ابعاد مشکالت را بررسی کرده و با تمامی زینفعان )زنبورداران، اتحادیه ها، تعاونی ها، کارشناسان اجرایی، شرکت های خصوصی و...( در تعامل و مبادله اطالعات باشد وجود ندارد. این تحقیق در نظر داشت با حضور مداوم مجری در زنبورستان های مردمی و ارتباط دائمی با نهادهای مذکور چالش های بنیادین صنعت را در استان بررسی کرده و آنها را اولویت بندی نماید تا تمامی دست اندرکاران این صنعت راهکارهای عملی و مناسب برای رفع چالش ها تدوین نمایند. در این طرح روش کار به صورت پیمایشی بوده و با طراحی پرسشنامه و پر کردن پرسشنامه توسط مجری در شهرستان های مختلف استان آذربایجان شرقی، همچنین با مصاحبه و دسترسی به اطالعات موجود در تعاونی های و اتحادیه ها و همچنین بازدید حضوری از کندوها، اطالعات جمع آوری شد. پرسشنامه های طراحی شده شامل 4 بخش بود . بخش اول مربوط به اطالعات زنبورستان و صفات عملکردی بخش دوم مربوط به آفات و بیماری ها بخش سوم مربوط به مسائل اقتصادی و اجتماعی بود. نتایج نشان میدهد که عمده مشکالت زنبورداران در این استان در ارتباط با بازار بوده و سازمان های متولی بایستی با ارائه راهکارهایی مانند حل کردن مشکالت مربوط به بازار عسل، جلوگیری از توزیع عسل های تقلبی و دیگی، باز کردن راههای صادرات محصوالت زنبور عسل، تامین ملکه و داروهای موردنیاز باعث رونق صنعت زنبورداری در کشور شوند.کلمات کلیدی: زنبور عسل-زنبورستان-آذربایجان شرقی-چالش ها

Due to its climatic and plant diversity, Iran has very suitable ecological conditions for honey bee breeding. Considering that 40% of Iran's honey bee colonies (approximately 4.5 million) belong to East and West Azarbaijan provinces, while according to experienced experts and faculty members in this field, it is rare in these provinces. Despite the fact that scattered information about the problems and challenges of the industry is reported, but a comprehensive study that examines all aspects of the problems and works with all the beneficiaries (beekeepers, unions, cooperatives, executive experts, private companies, etc.) There is no interaction and exchange of information. This research was intended to examine the fundamental challenges of the industry in the province with the continuous presence of the executive in the public apiaries and constant communication with the mentioned institutions and to prioritize them so that all those involved in this industry formulate practical and appropriate solutions to solve the challenges. In this research, the working method is a survey and by designing a questionnaire and filling the questionnaire by the moderator in different cities of East Azarbaijan province, as well as by interviewing and accessing the information available in cooperatives and unions, as well as visiting the beehives in person, the collective information was brought The designed questionnaires included 4 parts. The first part was related to apiary information and functional traits, the second part was related to pests and diseases, and the third part was related to economic and social issues. The results show that the major problems of beekeepers in this province are related to the market, and the trustee organizations should provide solutions such as solving the problems related to the honey market, preventing the distribution of fake and fake honey, and opening the way to export bee products. The queen and the necessary medicines will make the beekeeping industry flourish in the country.Key words: Honey bee, Apiary, East Azarbijan, Challenge
