به منظور بررسی 5 نمونه بذر سورگوم، کرتهای کنترلی به مساحت حدودی 30 مترمربع (8 خط به فواصل 75 سانتی-متر و طول 5 متر) در مؤسسه تحقیقات ثبت و گواهی بذر ونهال در سال 1402، کشت شدند. علاوه بر این، یک کرت سورگوم به عنوان کرت کلکسیون مرجع کشت شد. ابتدا با مقایسه خصوصیات مرفولوژیکی منطبق بر دستورالعمل (UPOV)، ارقام شرکت کننده در کلکسیون مرجع و نمونههای شرکت کننده در مزرعه کرتهای کنترلی، اصالت نمونههای بذری، مورد ارزیابی و قضاوت قرار گرفت، سپس تعداد بوتههای سایر ارقام و سایر گونهها در هر کرت کنترلی با مشاهده و شمارش تعیین و در مقایسه با استانداردهای سازمان همکاری های اقتصادی و توسعه (OECD) درصد خلوص ژنتیکی محمولههای بذری شمارش و محاسبه شد.
مقایسه خصوصیات مرفولوژیکی منطبق بر دستورالعمل (UPOV)، رقم شرکت کننده در کلکسیون مرجع با نمونههای شرکت کننده در مزرعه کرتهای کنترلی، اصالت نمونههای بذری را نشان داد. مشاهده و شمارش تعداد بوتههای سایر ارقام و سایر گونهها در هر کرت کنترلی و مقایسه با استانداردهای سازمان همکاری های اقتصادی و توسعه (OECD) نشان داد که 5 پارت سورگوم رقم اسپیدفید گواهی شده مربوط به شرکت درستکار مغان، اردبیل، از نظر خلوص ژنتیکی مشکلی نداشتند.

In order to examine five samples of sorghum seeds, control plots with an area of about thirty square meters (eight lines at 75 cm intervals and five meters long) were planted in the seed and plant certification and registration institute in 1402. In addition, one plot of sorghum was cultivated as reference collection plot. First, by comparing the morphological characteristics according to the guidelines (UPOV), the cultivars participating in the reference collection and the samples participating in the field of control plots, the authenticity of the seed samples was evaluated and judged. Then, the number of plants of other cultivars and other species in each control plot was determined by observation and counting, and compared to the standards of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the percentage of genetic purity of seed shipments was counted and calculated. Comparing the morphological characteristics according to the guidelines (UPOV), the variety participating in the reference collection with the samples participating in the field of control plots, showed the authenticity of the seed samples. Observing and counting the number of plants of other cultivars and other species in each control plot and comparing with the standards of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) showed that 5 parts of sorghum certified Speed Feed variety related to Dorostkar Mughan company, Ardabil, in terms of Genetic purity was not a problem.
