توليد و عرضه پسته با پوست استخواني سفيد و بدون لكه ميتواند بر بازار پسندي اين محصول بيافزايد. عوامل مختلفي از جمله مديريت باغ، زمان برداشت محصول، مدت زمان و نحوه نگهداي محصول برداشت شده قبل از فرآوري و عمليات فرآوري و خشك كردن بر درصد پستههاي با پوست استخواني لكهدار موثر است. در اين مطالعه نقش ويژگيها و نحوه مديريت باغ بر لكهدار شدن پوست استخواني پسته در شهرستانهاي انار و رفسنجان در استان كرمان مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. اطالعات مورد استفاده در پاييز 2041 و از 182 باغ پسته در اين دو شهرستان جمعآوري شد. با استفاده از روش تجزيه واريانس و كاربرد بسته نرمافزاري 62SPSS دادهها مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد براي داشتن پستههاي با پوست استخواني سفيد و بدون لكه بايستي از ورود هر گونه تنش كمي و كيفي آب در فصل رشد بر درخت جلوگيري شود. همچنين در باغهاي پسته با بافت سنگين احتمال لكهدار شدن پوست استخواني پسته افزايش مييابد. در تابستان اگر بتوان به هر نحوي، از جمله استفاده از پوششهاي سايبان، استفاده از كائولين، تنظيم جهت رديفهاي درخت به طوري كه كمتر در معرض مستقيم نور آفتاب قرار بگيرند، استفاده از ارقام پسته با شاخهها و برگ متراكمتر مانند احمدآقايي و اكبري و ... از افزايش دماي بيش از 04 درجه سلسيوس سطح دانه پسته بر روي درخت جلوگيري نمود، احتمال لكهدار شدن پوست استخواني كاهش مييابد. نتايج همچنين نشان داد كه كاربرد كودهايي كه سرشار از عنصر كلسيم هستند مانند كودهاي مرغي و همچنين استفاده هر ساله از كودهاي ازته و كاربرد كودهاي پتاسه باعث كاهش احتمال لكهدار شدن پوست استخواني پسته ميشود. همچنين هرس ناخنكهاي مازاد در ارقامي مانند اكبري كاهش درصد پستههاي با پوست استخواني لكهدار را به دنبال دارد. هر چه بتوان در عمليات تغذيه و اصالح خاك از صدمه وارد كردن به ريشه درخت جلوگيري نمود، احتمال توليد پستههاي با پوست استخواني لكهدار كمتر ميگردد. براي مثال بهتر است براي حفر چالكود، به جاي استفاده از ماشينآالت، از نيروي كار استفاده شود. كلمات كليدي: پسته، پوست استخواني لكهدار، مديريت باغ

The production and supply of pistachios with white shells and without spoilages can increase the popularity of this product in the market. Various factors such as orchardmanagement, harvest time, duration and method of keeping the harvested product before processing and processing and drying are effective on the percentage of pistachios with spotted shells. In this study, the role of orchard characteristics and orchard management on pistachio shells spotting in Anar and Rafsanjan cities in Kerman province were investigated.The information used was collected from 642 pistachio orchards in the fall of 6162 in these two cities. The data was analyzed using the analysis of variance method and SPSS62software package. The results showed that in order to have pistachios with white shells and without spots, any quantitative and qualitative water stress should be prevented during the growing season. Also, in pistachio orchards with soil heavy texture, the possibility of pistachio shells becoming stained increases. In the summer, if possible, using different ways, including the use of canopy covers, the use of kaolin, adjusting the direction of the tree rows so that they are less exposed to direct sunlight, the use of pistachio varieties with dense branches and leaves, like Ahmad Aghaei and Akbari, etc., the temperature of the pistachio seed surface on the tree was prevented from increasing by more than 41 degrees Celsius, the possibility of shells staining is reduced. The results also showed that the use of fertilizers that are rich in calcium, such as chicken manure, as well as the annual use of nitrogen fertilizers and the use of potash fertilizers, reduce the possibility of pistachio shells staining. Also, the pruning of excess little branches in cultivars such as Akbari leads to a decrease in the percentage of pistachios with spotted shells. The more it is possible to prevent damage to the tree's roots during feeding and soil amendment, the less likely it is to produce pistachios with spotted wooden shells.
