Considering the introduction of two promising genotypes or cultivars of eggplants, Dezful and Borazjan 2, which have some degree of resistance to Meloidogyne javanica root-knot nematode in greenhouse conditions. In this study, in continuation of the previous research, the reaction of the two genotypes in question along with the sensitive variety Black Beauty and a variety of prickly wild eggplant Solanum incanum in outdoor conditions inside the pot was investigated. The experiment was carried out in three consecutive years in 5 kg clay pots containing sterile soil. The four-week-old seedlings of different treatments were transferred to pots and after one week of their establishment, the pure population of one juvenile or egg per gram of pot soil was inoculated, and after three weeks, the pots were transferred to outdoor plots. The experiment was conducted in the form of a randomized complete block design with 5 replications. After three months, record the crop measurements including wet and dry weight of shoot, wet weight of root, height of shoot and nematode data including final population, reproduction factor, nematode population in soil, number of galls and egg mass, gall index and egg mass, number of eggs, resistance index and reproduction reduction percentage were measured. Comparison of mean data was done based on Duncan's multiple range test at the 5% level (p ≤ 0.05) using SAS 9.4 software. Dezful genotype was the best genotype in terms of fresh and dry weight of aerial parts with 77.5 and 34.3 grams, respectively. Borazjan 2 genotype has the highest root dry weight with 92.4 grams. The sensitive cultivar Black Beauty has the highest root wet weight and root dry weight with 391.7 and 150.7 grams, respectively, and is statistically classified as "A". The only superior variable in wild eggplant genotype was plant height with 58.9 grams. In terms of the variables related to the nematode population, two stands of Borazjan 2 and Dezful, most of the variables were placed in "A" class. Both genotypes are equal to 1.30 in terms of the number of galls and index of galls per gram of root, and in terms of the number and index of egg masses, they are in the same statistical class, but numerically, the number of egg masses of Borazjan 2 genotype is less than that of Dezful genotype. This situation in the number of eggs per gram root of Brazjan 2 genotype with 21.2 eggs is much less than Dezful genotype with 546.5 eggs, but in terms of the number of nematode larvae in 200 grams of soil, despite the high number of eggs in the root, Dezful genotype has the least The number is 8. The mentioned two genotypes are in the same group in terms of the final population of nematodes, reproduction factor, percentage of reproductive reduction and resistance index. Considering the percentage of reduction in reproduction, two genotypes, Dezful and Borazjan 2, were placed in the highly resistant class, and two genotypes, Black Beauty and Wild Eggplant, were placed in the medium resistance group. Considering the resistance index, the two genotypes of Dezful and Borazjan 2 are in the high sensitive group and the other two genotypes are in the sensitive group. The percentage of reduction of reproduction is based on the number of eggs and juveniles in a root 1 gram and 200 grams of soil, but the resistance index is based on the percentage of root infection with gall and the number of egg mass in the root. Considering all plant growth and nematode population parameters, two genotypes or populations of Dezful and Borazjan 2 can be introduced for further experiments including selection, basic production or planting in infected lands.
