سیبزمینی یکی از محصوالت مهم و عمده كشور است. تولید این محصول به صورت مکانیزه انجام میشود و همواره بخش زیادی از این محصول در مراحل برداشت و پس از برداشت از بین میرود. تحقیقات زیادی در خصوص میزان و عوامل موثر بر تلفات سیبزمینی انجام شده است. میزان این تلفات بسیار متفاوت بوده و حتی در برخی از منابع تا 54 درصد نیز ذكر شده است. در این گزارش با بررسی و تحلیل مطالعات انجام شده در گذشته، عوامل موثر بر صدمات و تلفات سیبزمینی در مرحله برداشت بررسی شده و راهکارهای كاهش اثرات این عوامل ارائه شده است. بررسیهای انجام شده، نشان دهنده این است كه عالوه بر عوامل مراحل برداشت و پس از برداشت، حتی مراحل خاکورزی، كاشت و داشت نیز بر میزان ضایعات و تلفات سیبزمینی موثر هستند. نتایج نشان داد كه عوامل زیادی در ایجاد میزان تلفات و صدمات مکانیکی اثر گذار هستند، اما مهمترین آنها عبارتند از رقم، رطوبت و بافت خاک، میزان كلوخههای ایجاد شده در زمان خاکورزی، و نوع، شکل و تعداد قطعات متحرک ماشین برداشت. بنابراین برای كاهش تلفات سیبزمینی باید با یک مدیریت جامع نگر، كلیه مراحل خاکورزی، كاشت، داشت، برداشت و پس از برداشت، به نحو صحیح مدیریت شوند تا میزان تلفات سیبزمینی كاهش یابد. ضمناً با كاهش این صدمات و جلوگیری از هدر رفت محصول تولیدی، عمالً میتوان میزان بهرهوری آب را نیز افزایش داد.واژههای كلیدی: رطوبت خاک، رقم، صدمات مکانیکی، ماشین سیبزمینیكن، واریته

Potato is one of the most important products of the country. The production of this crop is mechanized, and a large part of this crop is always lost during the harvesting and post-harvesting stages. Much research has been done regarding the amount and factors affecting potato losses. The amount of these losses is very different and even in some references it is mentioned as up to 54%. In this report, by reviewing and analyzing the studies done in the past, the factors affecting the injuries and losses of potatoes in the harvesting stage are investigated and the solutions to reduce the effects of these factors are presented. These factors show that in addition to the factors of harvesting and post-harvesting stages, even the tillage, planting, and protecting stages are also effective on the amount of potato waste and loss. Therefore, the results showed that many factors are effective in causing the number of losses and mechanical injuries. Still, the most important of them are the variety, moisture, and texture of the soil, the number of clods created during tillage, and the type, shape, and number of moving parts of the harvesting machine. Therefore, reduce potato losses, all stages of tillage, planting, protecting, harvesting, and post-harvesting should be properly managed with a comprehensive management to reduce potato losses. In addition, by reducing these damages and preventing the wastage of the produced product, it is possible to practically increase the amount of water productivity.Keywords: Cultivar, mechanical damage, potato digger machine, soil moisture, variety
