افزایش سطح زیر کشت گندم نان و عرضه ارقام جدید و واجد عملکرد بالای این محصول به کشاورزان از اهداف به¬نژادگران است. چهار لاین جدید امیدبخش گندم نان، حاصل از برنامه به¬نژادی گندم نان اقلیم گرم کشور به شمارههای S-1400-2، S-1400-9، S-1400-29 و S-1400-30، که طی دو سال زراعی 1401-1400 و 1402-1401 از آزمایش یکنواخت ERWYT-W1400 به¬دست آمده و نسبت به ارقام تجاری موجود دارای برتری عملکرد بود، همراه با رقم اوج در مزارع کشاورزان اقلیم گرم استان خوزستان، شهرستانهای خرمشهر، حمیدیه و باوی، در قالب پروژههای تحقیقی-ترویجی مورد مقایسه عملکرد لاینهای امیدبخش قرار گرفتند. مساحت هر تیمار 2000 مترمربع و کاشت با بذرکار متداول در منطقه و براساس 400 بذر در مترمربع انجام شد. عملیات متداول داشت و مراقبتهای زراعی انجام و طی فصل رشد بازدیدهای لازم صورت گرفته است. صفات تعداد روز تا رسیدگی فیزیولوژیک، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد، تعداد دانه در سنبله، تعداد سنبله در متر مربع، ارتفاع و خوابیدگی یادداشت شد. در پایان فصل رشد عملکرد دانه هر کدام از لاین ها و رقمهای شاهد در کل مزرعه با کمباین برداشت و کیل گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد، براساس میانگین عملکرد سه منطقه، عملکرد لاینهای مورد مطالعه بیشتر از رقم اوج بود و لاین S-1400-2 (5147 کیلوگرم در هکتار) بیشترین و رقم اوج (4585 کیلوگرم در هکتار) کمترین میزان تولید دانه را داشتند. برتری لاین S-1400-2 در هر سه منطقه باوی، حمیدیه و خرمشهر نسبت به شاهد اوج، بیانگر سازگاری مناسب¬تر و پتانسیل ژنتیکی بیشتر این لاین است. همچنین لاین S-1400-9 از نظر سایر صفات زراعی از جمله تحمل به خوابیدگی بوته، تعداد دانه در سنبله، تحمل به بیماریهای گیاهی از وضعیت مناسبی برخوردار بود. در نهایت پیشنهاد می شود که لاین S-1400-2 به¬دلیل برتری عملکرد و برتری نسبی از نظر سایر صفات مورد مطالعه نسبت به رقم شاهد منطقه (رقم اوج) به عنوان کاندید معرفی برای مناطق گرم و خشک جنوب کشور مدنظر قرار گیرند. همچنین اجرای برنامههای ترویجی از جمله برگزاری روز مزرعه و کاروان ترویجی و روز انتقال یافته گندم همزمان با اجرای پروژه نقش موثری در شناسایی و نفوذ لاینهای برتر در منطقه را دارد.

Increasing the cultivated area of durum wheat and supplying new and high yielding varieties of this product to farmers is one of the objectives of breeders. Four promising new bread wheat lines, obtained from the Warm Climate Bread Wheat Breeding Program of the country with the numbers S-1400-2, S-1400-9, S-1400-29 and S-1400-30, which were obtained from the ERWYT-W1400 uniform test during the two growing years of 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 and had a yield superiority compared to the existing commercial cultivars, along with the peak cultivar in the farms of farmers in the warm climate of Khuzestan province, Khorramshahr, Hamidiyeh and Bavi counties, in the form of research-extension projects comparing the yield of the linewere promising. The area of each treatment was 2000 m2 and planting was done with the common seeding method in the region and based on 400 seeds per square meter. The operations were regular, and crop care was done, and the necessary visits were made during the growing season. The traits of the days to maturity, 1000 seeds weight, seed yield, number of seeds per spike, number of spikes per m2, plant height and dormancy were recorded. At the time of physiological ripening, sampling was done. Based on the average yield of the three regions, the yield of the studied lines was higher than that of the Oje variety, and the S-1400-2 line (5147 kg/ha) had the highest and the Oje variety (4585 kg/ha) had the lowest grain production. The superiority of the S-1400-2 line in all three regions of Bavi, Hamidieh and Khorramshahr over the control Oje indicates better adaptation and greater genetic potential of this line. Also, the S-1400-9 line was in a good condition in terms of other agronomic traits, including tolerance to plant lodging, number of grains per spike, and tolerance to plant diseases. Finally, it is suggested that the S-1400-2 line be considered as a candidate for hot and dry regions of the country due to its yield superiority and relative superiority in terms of other studied traits compared to the control cultivar of the region (Oje variety). Also, the implementation of extension programs such as holding a farm day, a promotional caravan and a wheat transportation day at the same time as the implementation of the project plays an effective role in identifying and penetrating the top lines in the region.
