هر یک از خانواده¬های گیاهی ویژگی¬های تغذیه مخصوص خود را دارا می¬باشند، درصورت کشت مخلوط علوفه از خانواده¬های مختلف می¬توان از لحاظ تغذیه¬ای به¬¬ترکیب علوفه¬ای متعادل تری دست یافت. این تحقیق شامل دو آزمایش بوده در آزمایش نخست طی 3 تیمار ارزش تغذیه ای شبدر برسیم، تریتیکاله و علوفه حاصل از کشت مخلوط شبدر برسیم- تریتیکاله با نسبت 60:40 تعیین شد. از نتایج آزمایش می توان استنباط نمود علوفه حاصل از کشت مخلوط ترکیب متعادل تری از لحاظ تغذیه ای نسبت به حالت تک کشتی دارد. همچنین قابلیت هضم ماده خشک و آلی این علوفه بطور معنی داری بیشتر از شبدر برسیم بوده است (05/0>p)

asfdRuminants Breeding is dependent on the presence of forages, the sustainable supply of forages, with the good quantitative and qualitative values, has always been of interest. Due to the nature of paddy lands in the northern regions of the country, the production of winter forages, with appropriate nutritional value, is a basic strategy to increase livestock production.
Each of the plant families has its own nutritional characteristics, planting mixed cultivation of forages, from different families, it is possible to achieve a nutritionally more balanced composition of forage. This research consisted of two experiments. In the first experiment, the nutritional value of berseem clover, triticale and fodder obtained from mixed cultivation of berseem clover and triticale with a ratio of 40:60 was determined during 3 treatments. From the results of this experiment, it can be concluded that the fodder obtained from mixed cultivation has a more nutritionally balanced composition than the one-ship condition. Also, the digestibility of dry and organic matter of this fodder was significantly higher than berseem clover (p<0.05), although these values were higher than triticale, but this increase was not statistically significant (p<0.05). . In the second experiment, 16 Holstein dairy cows were fed with diets containing four levels of 0, 10, 20 and 30 green fodder obtained from mixed cultivation of berseem clover and triticale. The lowest amount of dry matter consumption (kg/day) and the amount of milk production was related to the control treatment without green fodder (p<0.05). According to the results of this research, it seems that the consumption of 20% green fodder obtained from mixed cultivation of berseem clover-triticale in total mixed ration has the best results.
