In order to Evaluation of response of promising oilseed rape lines to delayed planting an experiment was conducted in a split plot design based on RCBD with three replications for two years (2022-2024) in Karaj and Isfahan regions. Planting date was considered as the main plots in two levels (normal and delayed planting date) and 14 spring genotypes of rapeseed with Dalgan and RGS003 cultivars as control were considered as sub plots. The normal and delayed planting date were 27 September and 27 October, respectively. In this study, all phenological stages of the plant were recorded. In addition, characteristics were measured such as number of siliques per plant, number of grain per silique, 1000 grains weight, grain yield, grain oil percentage and grain oil yield. The results from Karaj region showed that the interaction of planting date×cultivars on number of siliques per plant, number of grain per silique, 1000 grains weight, grain yield, grain oil percentage and grain oil yield were significant at 1% level. The means comparison of planting date×cultivar showed that SRL-99-1, SRL-99-2 and SRL-99-16 genotypes had the highest grain yield on the normal planting date (27 September) with mean of 4145, 4182 and 4110 kg ha-1, respectively. Also SRL-99-1, SRL-99-2, RGS003 and SRL-99-16 genotypes produced the highest grain yield on delayed planting date (27 October) with mean of 2892, 2874, 2938 and 2863 kg ha-1, respectively. The results in Isfahan region showed that RGS003 cultivar had the highest grain yield on the normal planting date (27 September) with mean of 4044 kg ha-1. Also Safar cultivar had the highest grain yield on delayed planting date (27 October) with mean of 2989 kg ha-1. Spring genotypes SRL-99-1, SRL-99-2, and SRL-99-16 are recommended for planting dates ranging from 27 September to 27 October.
