هدف از نظارت بر برنامه الگوی کشت پایـش، ارزیابـی، اصلاح و به¬هنگام¬سـازی انتظـارت پیش¬بینی شــده و نتایج به دسـت آمده و ارائـه بازخـورد به عوامل تدوین کننده و اجرایی برنامه، به منظور برطرف نمـودن نقاط ضعف و تقویـت نقاط قوت آن و نظارت مستمر بر اجرای مناسب برنامه در راستای رویکردهای تعيين شـده است. به منظور جمع بندی و تعیین میزان دست یابی به اهداف اصلی برنامه الگوی کشت در استان کردستان در سال زراعی 1402-1401، از شاخص ضریب تحقق استفاده گردید. بطوریکه در صورت تحقق هر یک از برنامه¬های ابلاغی بین 110-90 درصد ضریب تحقق یک، تحقق 80 تا 120 درصد ضریب تحقق 8/.، 70 تا130 درصد ضریب تحقق 6/. و در صورت تحقق کمتر از 30 درصد برنامه ابلاغی، ضریب تحقق 2/0 تعلق ¬گرفت. میزان تحقق برنامه در استان کردستان در خصوص سطح زیر کشت محصولات مهم 98%، میزان تحقق برنامه در خصوص عملکرد محصولات 93% و در خصوص تولید محصولات مهم این میزان 96% ، میانگین درصد تحقق شاخص های مختلف 84 درصد بود که بیشتر از سال گذشته بوده و با توجه به سال دوم اجرای الگوی کشت می تواند میانگین قابل قبولی باشد.

The purpose of monitoring the cropping pattern program is to monitor, evaluate, modify, and update the expected expectations and the results obtained, and to provide feedback to the program developers and implementers in order to eliminate weaknesses and strengthen its strengths, and to continuously monitor the proper implementation of the program in line with the determined approaches. In order to summarize and determine the extent to which the main goals of the cropping pattern program in Kurdistan province were achieved in the 1401-1402 crop year, the realization coefficient index was used. In such a way that if each of the announced programs was achieved between 90-110 percent, the realization coefficient was 1, if 80 to 120 percent was achieved, the realization coefficient was 8.8, if 70 to 130 percent of the announced program was achieved, the realization coefficient was 6.0, and if less than 30 percent of the announced program was achieved, the realization coefficient was 2.0. The implementation rate of the program in Kurdistan Province regarding the area under cultivation of important crops was 98%, the implementation rate of the program regarding crop yield was 93%, and regarding the production of important crops, this rate was 96%. The average percentage of implementation of various indicators was 84%, which was higher than last year and considering the second year of implementing the cultivation pattern, it can be an acceptable average.
