Unlimited orchard expansion of apple only by two old cultivars led to increased wastage, capital losses and export market weakness. The present project was carried out for individuation of the most adapt hybrids within the 72 improved hybrids elderly within the regional adaptation trial compatible to the climatic conditions of Khorasan Razavi province –Mashhad, under R&D center of Science-Based Inst. of seed and tree as well as in MeshkinDasht Station-Karaj, started in 2021. Three replicates each hybrid, totally 216, two-Year-Old, saplings on M9 was planted for adapt cultivar selection in Mashhad climate, but In Karaj where the apple improvement project was achieved, we had to study the productivity differences of 210 trees propagated onto M9 with the single mothers genotypes grown on own roots plus to germplasm protection and to avoid genetic mixing in the long run. The precociousness, bloom beginning, end, intensity and period traits as well as the fruit n. per tree, size and weight were measured under equal orchard management, both in Mashhad and Karaj. The biennial adaptation trial in Khorasan Raz., 2022-2023, resulted in in individuation of 20 most profitable hybrids encoded as 3,54, 18, 48, 24, 16, 29, 41, 17, 2, 4, 12, 6, 22, 37, 9, 7, 43, 26, 46, by fruit characteristics and performance, with significant difference. In Karaj, 65 out of 70 hybrids had suitable growth from which 51 went to mature phase while only 43 were resulted bearing. The panel test affirmed 27 hybrids acceptable 6 hybrids as too much excellent, 3 very excellent, 5 excellent and 12 well acceptances. L2G81 had highest bloom intensity; L9G645 with 76 fruit demonstrated the most performance. ANOVA, mean comparisons was performed by LSD test using SPSS. Cluster analysis and by plot multivariate was achieved to group the genetic relationships promising genotypes.
